About Blaier Law LLC:
Dream big and big things will happen; dream small and small things will happen.
Adam comes from a family with over 75 years of small business ownership and experience in the Tri-State area and Israel. His first job was working in a dry cleaner his grandfather owned, for $6.25 an hour, and has been working ever since. Adam draws his inspiration and passion for success from his father who is an entrepreneur and small business owner himself. Adam is the first member of his family to attend college or law school, despite the doubts and discouragement from others, along the way. As a first-hand witness to what hard work and determination can bring, Adam decided to enter a field where he could help entrepreneurs and small business owners like his family achieve their dreams, the law.
Adam's goal is to build real and meaningful relationships with his clients. He does this by being transparent, communicating quickly and efficiently, and by trying to come up with creative solutions to his client's problems or needs. Adam has studied, and practices, in a few areas of law that he believes can help startups and small businesses achieve their goals, from start to finish. Along the way, he has gained valuable experience both In-house for a variety of companies in the Tri-State area and, in law firms in Manhattan. This mix of experience has given him a unique ability to balance the (often divergent) legal and business needs of a company.
Adam is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.)
Adam graduated from Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) with a B.A. in media law & policy and a minor in business. At Penn State, he was a member of the Penn State Boxing Team and had the privilege to wear his university's uniform against opponents from around the country. He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law (Pace), with a focus on intellectual property and international business transactions. At Pace, he was involved with various organizations including the Jewish Law Students Association (JLSA); Sports, Entertainment, and Arts Law Society (SEALS); Intellectual Property Student Organization (IPSO); as well as an Editor for the Pace Intellectual Property, Sports, and Entertainment Law Forum (PIPSELF). He has also been published for his analysis of "fair use" in copyright law and it's the connection with the First Amendment.
Adam is married to an amazing woman and mother, with two beautiful little boys, and resides in New Jersey. He has traveled to over 15 countries and has visited over two dozen states, with plans to visit more. He is also a passionate New York Giant, Penn State, New York Yankees, and New York Knicks fan. However, fans of other teams are more than welcome to contact us with no judgment passed. Additionally, Adam has a passion for technology and innovation, and he is more than willing to introduce or connect startups to investors, mentors, or other attorneys who practice different areas of law or who have more experience in a particular area than he does.
